बिछड़ने के ग़म को और बढ़ा जाती है तू
अभी दर्द क्या कम है,
जो जख्मो को फिर से हरा कर जाती है तू
तू क्यों आती है ....
दिल के नाज़ुक कोनो को छू जाती है ,
बीते पलों को पलकों के सामने लाती है...
कभी कर लेते हैं उनसे बात
और अक्सर ख्वाबों में होती है उनसे मुलाक़ात
मगर मुलाक़ात और बात अधूरी रह जाती है .
तू क्यों आती है ....
होता था ज़ुबा पे हर वक़्त उनका नाम
बितती थी साथ उनके हर सुहानी शाम
तमन्ना थी साथ उनके पीने की जाम,
मगर हर तमन्ना कहाँ पूरी हो पाती है .
तू क्यों आती है ....
ढूढ़ रहा हूँ मैं इसका उत्तर कब से,
पूछ रहा हूँ मै रब से
तू क्यों आती है ....???
